Today, the four tank valve assemblies were received in our mailbox. Thank you for your quick service. It is greatly appreciated. It would have taken 2-3 weeks and a fee of $5.95 for each of the tank valve assemblies if it was ordered locally. I am finding that it is more cost efficient to buy things over the internet than to "try" to do business with local merchants. Thank you, and I certainly contact you if I need anything in the future to keep my Hoover Steam Vac running.

A note from a serviceman stationed in Germany:
Hi,
Received the package and it only took 7 days. That is about a normal time. Our mail was delayed due to weather here. We live in extreme southern Germany at the base of the Alps in Garmisch. Tuesday night we had 18 inches of snow and from Wednesday to Friday we have accumulated three feet of snow. When we get that much our government (Army) mail truck does not make it's run down here from farther north in Germany.

I just thought I would take a minute and express my experience I had with your company.

About a month ago I was in search of a fairly common bag for my vacuum cleaner (Eureka MM). For some reason they were no where to be found locally and I spent a half a day driving around looking for them. Now this may seem trivial but when you have bare floors and a car to vacuum my upright just does not cut it. Well, I decided to hit the web and see what I could find. Of course I found Eureka's site so I thought I would check around to find better prices. I came across your page and found you were just a little more than the MFR (with shipping). Well I do not buy over the internet often at all but this was an emergency...LOL. I went back and forth between you and Eureka and decided to shop with you (why give it to the big guys all the time). Needless to say you have made my internet experience a positive one and I will come back for all my vacuum needs. I know I only bought bags but the fast shipping and quick response to my questions reinforced my decision on purchasing through you.

I know it was a small purchase but the need I had for the bags at the time was great. Thank you again for an excellent transaction. I will be purchasing any future vacuum cleaner parts as well as my next purchase of a vacuum cleaner from you.

Dear Dave,
The bags arrived safely today and they fit beautifully. Using the same charge card number, send me an additional two packages. It's nice to know that I can find them again when I need them. I wonder though why none of the other dealers I contacted knew that the Eureka bag would fit the old GE hand-vac? I contacted a dozen or so people on-line, as I did you, and you were the only one of the substitution. Everyone else said that my machine was obsolete. thank you for allowing the continuation of its use. Someone ought to inform the others that the Eureka works for the GE.
