The Miele Galaxy S5481 Earth Canister Vacuum is another impressive model in the S5 series of the Miele canister family. The Miele Earth has an intelligent automatic power setting which automatically selects the best power level for the floor surface being cleaned. Not only does this save energy but you're free of the decision of which power level would be best to use. The Miele S5 Series Earth comes with the SEB217-3 Electric Power Brush and is designed for low to medium pile carpeting and smooth flooring. Although this model has the intelligent automatic power setting, if you need to adjust the suction, you can do so via a the +/- step-on pedal with LED indicator (Minimum, AutoEco, and Turbo), easily reducing or increasing the suction as needed. The intelligent AutoEco motor control automatically adjusts power suction to suit flooring and saves electricity.

The Miele Earth also includes the Parquet Floor Tool. Natural wood, laminate or ceramic floors look stunning but can be difficult to clean, as care must be taken not to damage the delicate surface. The parquet floor brush is specially designed for these types of floors as it features delicate bristles around the edges for a thorough yet gentle clean. The head is 12 inches wide giving you a wide cleaning path. One of it’s most stunning features is that it has a 90° rotation and is exceptionally agile at cleaning around obstacles such as table legs etc.
