The Vortex Motor System is developed and produced in the Miele factories in Germany. A real power pack with 1200-watt performance, it is designed for optimal power usage through the airflow for great cleaning performance with superior dust intake.
Despite the impressive power of the Miele S4210 Carina's high-output motor, this vacuum cleaner is remarkably quiet. Miele's thoughtfully designed motor suspension and unique motor seal mean you'll be able to hear the phone ringing and the radio playing.
Sealed System construction features Miele's Super Air Clean filter that retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and 94% of particles down to 0.3 of a micron. The filter lasts as long as five dustbags.
The 3.7-quart capacity Intensive Clean Plus dustbag provides 15% improved filtration and 20% longer suction performance. Impact foil prevents sharp-edged objects, such as pine needles, glass and sand, from penetrating the bag. Automatic dustbag closure ensures hygienic removal and disposal.
The SBD450-3 Combination Rug/Smooth Floor Tool is ideal for all smooth flooring and very low pile carpeting. It allows you to go from smooth floors to carpeted surfaces with a quick click of a rocker switch. The metal glide sole is gentle to even the most sensitive flooring.
The Miele S4210 Carina' vacuum cleaner also includes a natural bristle dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and a crevice tool.
Other standard features include an impressive 29.5-foot operating radius, stainless steel telescopic wand, safety shut-off to prevent overheating, dustbag change indicator, electric power display, electric exhaust filter display and space-saving storage bracket on side of vacuum.
Like all Miele S4 Galaxy vacuum cleaners, the S4210 Carina' can be fitted with the rechargeable SAB 100-3 Accu-Nova Electro Brush. With integrated pressure and movement recognition system and bumper strip, the Accu-Nova Electro Brush ensures safety and energy efficiency.
Other optional tools include the STB 205-3 Turbobrush, SBB-3 Parquet Floor Brush and 235-3 Smooth Floor Brush.
